How far in advance should I begin dress shopping?Our ideal recommendation is that you start dress shopping 9-12 months in advance for your wedding dress. Some designers take 4-8 months to order a dress so it is important that we have time to order your dream gown and have time to make any alterations to the dress.

Do I need an appointment?Yes, we ask that you would make an appointment with one of our consultants so that we can ensure you have the attention you need and a dressing room to try on styles you like. Walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability.

How long will my appointment be?Your appointment will be scheduled for an hour and a half.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?During our weekday appointments we can accommodate for a larger party. On Saturday, we can accommodate up to three people for seating. tings.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?You do not have to bring anything with you to your appointment. We have undergarments available in our store for you to use if you need them. If you feel like you are a difficult fit for undergarments, feel free to bring your own with you.

What if there is a gown that I like from a designer that you carry, but you don’t have that particular gown in your store?Most of our designers have a dress borrow program. We will need to know what size and see if there is a size close to your size in stock to borrow. There is a fee to borrow depending on the designer $75-$150. Most of the time it takes a few weeks to receive a borrowed dress.

What size gowns are available to try on in the store?Our Bridal Gowns range from a size 6-30. We will order your wedding gown based off of your personal measurements.

What does made-to-order mean when ordering my gown?Once you have found your dream dress, we will take your measurements to determine what size you would like to order. The consultant will review the size chart with you so that you can discuss what size would work best for you. The dress will be made to that specific size but alterations will usually be needed. The price of alterations is not included in the price of the gown.

Do you have in-house seamstresses in the store?No. We recommend our brides to a couple of seamstresses that work as independent contractors. You will set up your appointment directly with the seamstresses and pay them directly. You would take your dress, undergarments and shoes and go to their place of business to alter your dress.

What is a trunk show?We host trunk shows throughout the year with different designers. This is a great opportunity to see a large selection of gowns from the designer. The trunk shows do not last long, so make sure to book an appointment with us soon!
